hellooooooo frnds ,m new to cci...........my question is ......a person has a sbi bank fixed deposit of rs 600000 and 800000 @9% interest,he also filled the form no 13,but didnt get the certificate for tds exemption from assessing officer,is his income is lible to t.d.s or not.....and who should receive the certificate frm assessing officer either the deductor or deductee?
