An Assesse has not claimed his TDS credit for the said assessement year , So can the Above TDS credit be claimed in the Next Assessment year.?

TDS for a said AY should be claimed in the same AY. It cannot be claimed in the subsequent AY.
If the assessee has not claimed the same, he has to file a revised return for the said AY & claim the credit.

pl. clarify whether the income on which tax was deducted was offered to taxation in the said year? and also clarify whether the return of income was filed with in the time limit prescribed under I. Tax Act,1961? if the answer is bothis postive, then file revise return and claim tds.

AGREED WITH VIJAY JI. IF RETURN IS FILED WITHIN TIME LIMIT I.E U/S 139(1), THEN YOU CAN REVISE RETURN AND CLAIM IT.
