Skull generated from the hot metal.
i explain as under
we have some confusion that our product SKULL & SLUG is treat as either Scape or By product. skull is a result of some overflow of steel liquid & then the recovery of steel is 75 to 80 % as compare to PIG IRON. second slug is two type granulated or non-granulated we are not capable to sale non-granulated slug so plz suggest this two product attract T.C.S. or not.
so plz suggest as early as possible

If you sell it as scrap, then TCS will be applicable...
and if you sell it as by-product, then TCS is not applicable...
and if you sell it as by-product, then TCS is not applicable...
