21 May 2015 all ammendments made upto 30.4.2015 shall be made applicable to nov 2015 which shall be notified in rtp nov 2015 by icai

21 May 2015 Is changes made by finance act 2015 is applicable as it got assent from president on 14 may which is after the 30.4.2015?
