Syllabus applicable for May 2017 Exams

I am Sandeep Rajbhar, student of IPCE. I have given exams on May 2016, but didn't cleared. And now I wants to give exams on May 2017. So I just wants to know which syllabus is applicable to me OLD or NEW syllabus?
Please help me as soon as possible.

When has the New syllabus rolled out by ICAI? The Institute has proposed for change of syllabus but it is no date is notified till date.
