ONLY FEW SECTIONS ARE NOTIFIED BY GOVERNMENT. UNLESS ALL THE SECTIONS WITH RULES ARE NOTIFIED IT CANNOT BE SAID A COMPLETE ACT. ICAI WONT BE ASKING HALF OLD COMPANY ACT AND HALF NEW COMPANY ACT. SO WAIT TILL FINAL ACT AND ALSO FOR ICAI ANNOUNCEMENT ON THIS
