Surrender Procedure for PAN/TAN

25 May 2011 one of my client being a Partnership Firm.

It has taken PAN as well as TAN at the time of creation.

However dut to disputes among the partners the said firm is dissolved by way of dissolution deed & closed the Books of Accounts.

Now this firm is not in existence.

What is the procedure for surrendering /cancellation of PAN/TAN
