This is regards for one of my client want to surrender his Pan & Tan number as he closed his business, can anybody help me throughout the procedure for the surrender of the above numbers.

You have to submit simple draft Letter mentioning reason of Surrender of PAN/TAN to the respective Ward of PAN/TAN Department.
