Can anyone send me the draft resolution for surrender of share certificate which need to submit to the bank .

06 February 2020 what is the issue? Why do you want to surrender share certificate to BANK? And who is surrendering?....individual or company?

06 February 2020 Due to completion of Car loan need to surrender share certificate. The share certificate issued by the bank and the holder is Company.

06 February 2020 Resolved that having repaid the vehicle loan availed from xxxxx bank, in full on xx/xx/xxxx, the shares , having share certificate number xxxx and distinctive numbers xxxx to xxxx, of the said bank be surrendered to the said bank and the value of the said shares be credited to our account number xxxx.with xxxx bank
