Surrender of pan card

05 November 2011 I am running a proprietory business in the name of "ANNDAVAR POLYMERS". I have own PAN No(CIXPS1522E) in my own name. But Mistakenly i have applied PAN for " ANNDAVAR POLYMERS"by attaching SSI certificate as address proof, but the income tax dept alloted PAN to the company(ANNDAVAR POLYMERS) as a private limited company(PAN # AAICA1680P). So. pl. tell me how to surrender or cancel the PAN No in the name of "ANNDAVA POLYMERS"
