Surrender of COP

I am a practicing CA & partner in RAZSDA & CO.Now I want to join a MFI as internal auditor, a full time job. Shall I have to surrender my COP or I can continue to hold my COP with part time practice ? Whether I have to resign from RAZSDA & CO.? Please advice.

There is no need to surrender your COP or resign from the partnership. You can continue with the Part Time COP.
Just sent a letter to ICAI, regarding your acceptance of job and considering your COP as part time.
Also, in firm you will be considered as a part time partner and will not be counted for audit purpose and you are also not allowed to do any certification or attestation.

No, you can't provide articleship under PART TIME COP.
