surcharge on domestic companies is 7.5%,but in padhuka DT when im solving a problem n marginal relif if found that surchage taken is 10% (where total income exceeds rs.1 crore for domestic co.,ay-2011-2012)
plz help me is surcharge is 7.5% or 10%

NIL : total income upto Rs. 1 crore.
2.5% :total income exceeds Rs. 1 crore.
