We are supplying material to customer located in SEZ. Please clarify whether, we can take these exports as fulfillment of Export Obligation under EPCG Scheme / Advance License Scheme?

Ye. As per Paragraph 5.11 of Current Hand Book of Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, exports to SEZ units from EPCG units are permissible for fulfillment of export obligation provided export proceeds are realized in Foreign Currency Account of SEZ units. Similarly, under Advance Authorization Scheme also exports to SEZ s shall be taken into account for discharge of export obligation provided payment is realized from Foreign Currency account of SEZ units. Paragraph 4.21 (iii) of present Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 refers.
