Can any one help me to provide any notification that ONGC can procure material from domestic market on reduced rate of GST @5%

Please help urgently.

14 February 2018 Government has issued notification under CGST, IGST and
respective SGST Acts so as to provide concessional rate of GST
at 5% on supply of goods required for petroleum operations, in line
with notification issued under Central excise.
