25 November 2011 What will be the excise formalities for supply of goods (sale to customer ) through pipe line, including valuation of goods.

15 December 2011 it would be supervised by department and SRP would be allowed after physical verification of the pipeline and measuring instruments installed at originating and destination points.

at the end of every day (6PM) invoice should be issued for quantity sold.
