28 July 2011 i had taken 24 excess leaves in my articleship period. i submitted form 107 for the same. Now i hv recd a letter from icai. The employer/articled clerk has not signed the form. For necessary compliance fresh set of form 109 is enclosed and return. However nothng is enclosed. I m a bit confused?? What to do. Pls help

29 July 2011 You have to file Form 109 and Form 107 for extension. The Form 107 should be franked with value of Rs. 100 or more. It should be signed at all places required.
