dear sir i want to know that i sub-contracted the work to another party to whom i paid hiring charges at 31 st of march there is debit balance of Rs. 7,33,251.00 (Excess payment to the creditor)
How can i show it in the balance sheet as Sundry Debtors or in advances (Dr.)
please suggest me

show debit balance as ADVANCE PAID TO CREDITORS.
