suggestion regarding insertion in object clause

If a public limited co. engage in IT, wants to introduce a sub clause business relating to media. it has one of its subsidiary at malayasia...it has started a TV channel....it has to give notice in AGM...what will be resolution contents to be passed in AGM

29 July 2008 i think a resolution seeking insertion of additional object clause for media related business should be enough. in that clause u can put all activities as owning and running tv channel, making shows etc.
