Subscribers name in moa

31 August 2012 Dear all,

I want to incorporate a company, for applying DIN for one of the proposed director, the name in the PAN card is wrong. so if i apply DIN and aooly for the name availability( as the name may not be available if i wait for the change in PAN card.) Is there possibility for changing the name with ROC in DIN.

If it is possible, what will happen in the Subscriber's sheet of MOA & AOA. Will old name continues or can be replaced with new name

31 August 2012 The best option is to first rectify the mistake in the PAN CARD and then only apply for DIN, post-mortem is difficult in such cases.
secondly, the name in the subscribers list of MOA cannot be corrected if it is registered with the ROC.
