Respected sir,
I am doing CA articles now.My CWA inter was completed before starting my CA articles. Now I want to register for CWA final and appear for final in DEC 2014.
My question is "Should I compulsory send form 112 to get permission from CA "?
Please help me on this query(my articles starts from 1-8-2013 and completed as on 31-7-2016)

yes....you need to send the same...since there is a delay (from August till date) you need to also write a cover letter asking for condonation of the delay and pay condonation fees which should be Rs 1000

Why should I pay con donation fee?
Now only (from Jan) onwards I just wants to registered for CWA (final)
In that time I am not doing any course studied /any thing done regarding CWA...

Because each level of course of cwa is not a separate course but a continous course with three stages

Dear Charisha,
You may consider that argument. As I see, it is a continuous course. You may submit without condonation at first to check your argument...if they insist, you may submit the request...

you were doing other studies while u were in articleship training and u havent informed icai within 1 month of starting ur training so that is y u need to pay condonation fees and write a condonation letter....this is wat icai follows.
