19 March 2014 Respected sir,
I am doing CA articles now.My CWA inter was completed before starting my CA articles. Now I want to register for CWA final and appear for final in DEC 2014.
My question is "Should I compulsory send form 112 to get permission from CA "?
Please help me on this query(my articles starts from 1-8-2013 and completed as on 31-7-2016)

19 March 2014 yes....you need to send the same...since there is a delay (from August till date) you need to also write a cover letter asking for condonation of the delay and pay condonation fees which should be Rs 1000

19 March 2014 correctly said as there is delay u need to pay condonation fees and condonation letter to ca institute.

19 March 2014 Sir,
Why should I pay con donation fee?
Now only (from Jan) onwards I just wants to registered for CWA (final)
In that time I am not doing any course studied /any thing done regarding CWA...

19 March 2014 Because each level of course of cwa is not a separate course but a continous course with three stages

19 March 2014 Sir,
I just passed CWA inter without joining of articles....
Now I wanted to registered for final..
on April month (getting for registration)....
If form 112 should not be submitted then what will happen?

19 March 2014 Dear Charisha,

You may consider that argument. As I see, it is a continuous course. You may submit without condonation at first to check your argument...if they insist, you may submit the request...

20 March 2014 you were doing other studies while u were in articleship training and u havent informed icai within 1 month of starting ur training so that is y u need to pay condonation fees and write a condonation letter....this is wat icai follows.
