Submission of exam form

14 February 2017 I have filled my online exam application form.The form displayed my photo & sign at the time of application & the same appears in pages file downloaded by me.
I want to know whether I must get the form attested by member of icai & post it to new Delhi office.
Or I must get it attested & keep it with me. ( I. e; no need to post the same)

14 February 2017 Ensure the relevant Certificate of Service applicable in your case is downloaded from the examination portal., duly filled by the candidate and signature obtained from the member of ICAI. Later, scan and submit the file for uploading on the portal.

Those candidates whose photographs and signatures are in the examination data base, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, on the portal, when they log in, are not required to take a print out(PDF) of the exam form and submit it.
