Submission of ER-5 for the year 2010-11

03 June 2010 Sir,
As per circular no.926/16/2010-CX dated 28/5/2010, I have to submit ER-5 for the year 2010-11. Sir, I have following queries in this respect. Kindly tell me immediately.

a) Up to which date I have to submit ER-5 return.
b)If after submission of ER-5, I received new product order, for which product I have not mentioned (for new as well as old raw material and finished product name) in my above said annual return. Whether I have to submit fresh ER-5 for new products or for all the products, which i have already submitted. Please also tell me the time period in which i have to submit my fresh ER-5.

08 June 2010 you have to submit ER-5 for all your finished goods, in which you are using principal input. in case of change in finished product or new principal input, you have to file fresh ER-5 within 15 days.
