Submission of ca final exam form

I have filled my online exam application form.The form displayed my photo & sign at the time of application & the same appears in pages file downloaded by me.
I want to know whether I must get the form attested by member of icai & post it to new Delhi office.
Or I must get it attested & keep it with me. ( I. e; no need to post the same)

There is no need to post it. Further, you don't need to attest it even. You simply need to keep a copy of it with you for future reference, if in case required anytime.
