1)As you have taken transfer exactly for one year and also delay in one month in submitting return to icai,
icai may ask your stipend details(bank pass book), and your work dairy and ICAI may reject your application for transfer on ground that you need to take prior approval from ICAI,as you have completed 1 year articleship exactly
on a doubt that you are looking to encash benifits available in transfer with in one year

is it possible to avail benifits of transfer with in one year in my case
better take transfer some 15 days back date inorder to avoid ICAI doubts on u,
or you can take transfer as above if you thinks it will not be a problem
however you are sending 109 with a delay of more than one month ICAI may condone but it is possible that they may ask you to provide details as i given above,

plz dont hesitate to answer
but if i were you , i will make my articleship as 11.5 months completed and submit to icai with in 30 days
but if i delayed in posting form
i would consult icai regional branch would have asked them what to do in case of 45 days delay,..
and followed as advised by ICAI people if regional branch is not available nearly would have call to icai chennai and confirm the process,
i would have lie them that
" sir i am not aware of this time limit, im in search of new firm and i thought i have to send 109 and new 103,102 together,,
so i delayed sir"
i may give above answer, definetely icai people will allow me to transfer and what ever details they ask would have provide t o them as i am having work dairy and stipend details (passbook entries) with me
and try to re-join asap
of course i will accept there will be tension to you, yes..but no need to worry don't bother for 15 days if u have any leaves just cut down leaves and take ur articleship to 11.5 years.
