Please give me some suggestions for studying ISCA. i am finding it difficult to remember the technical launguage...which are the most important chapters?

Please read ISCA Daily 1 or 1.5 hours,
Except the 3rd chapter you can read all the chapters very easily.
3Rd chapter is also easy but very lengthy so it is better have a glance only.
and 2nd chapters are very essential.
