18 February 2013 dear experts....

Its been one month since result n im not studying well
On anaverage i studied only for 3 hrs...I have sleep disorder.

I sleep by 1.30am but then i get up at 1 pm in afternoon...
Then i get tended ....
I go to library...
Travelling takes 100 mins roughly...
Pls advise me when to study , how to reduce my sleeping hours...
Actually i amn not motivated to study....
After 1 am at night i cannot study...
Pls advise

18 February 2013 There is no requirement to study at mid-night. Study at that time of day when you feel fresh.

Ideal sleeping time is 10pm to 6am. But again it depends from person to person. You should try and not sleep till 1 pm as it would clash with your examination timing.

You spend roughly 2 hours on travelling. It would be better to find a quite place at home to study.

Try meditation - Art of Living/Brahmakumaris : Either of this would help.

18 February 2013 hey there,

your not being motivated to study is the only reason why your time is wasted in sleeping or traveling long distance and other stuff.

See you are to clear your exam in this attempt so assure yourself first of this thing. Once that determination sets in make a plan and decide which topics will you cover in a day. Make small targets first, write it on a paper and allot time to it and make sure you stick to your plan. Once that is achieved gradually plan more topics for the day and go on like that. I personally practice that even now in profession, so I am sure this trick will help you achieve your target. Dont lose hope and be strong and firm in your commitment.
