Student has passed PE II examination in May - 07. Now he will be eligible for 3 yrs article ship as per old scheme or as per new scheme of 3.5 yrs articleship.
Secondly if he will be eligible to continue for old scheme then when his attempt of final exams will due.
If he will be eligible for new scheme then when his attempt of final exam will due.

student cleared the attempt in may-07 can go for either options. term of article ship in both the cases will be 3 years. but if u opt for old course then u will get only one attempt(nov 09) then afterwards if u unable to clear it u will be shifted to new ciurse.
