30 August 2011 we had applied for striking off more than 2 months back but still the status of transaction is under process of strike off. why it has not been striked off yet. moreover when will it become dormant.

30 August 2011 The process of Striking off takes min 6 months and the reply letter from the concerned RoC will be sent to the company after all the scrutiny.

The Dormant status is not applicable for the stricking off companies because the dormant denotes the company has not filled the statutory returns with the roc for one (Defaulting company) or more years (dormant).
