4. Right/Bonus Issue History.

5. Long standing in the business.

6. Foreign Listing.

7. Exports

8. Import substitute production.

9. Growth pattern of the company in previous years.

10. Social Responsibility undertaken by the company like ITC.

11. Professional management like HDFC.

12. Litigation pending affecting the business.

13. Overall market scenario.

14. Good monsoon.

15. Political situation
