we have 2 Project in a Firm now we are seprating the project in 2 firm. So, how to transfer the Stock in new firm? what will be the journal entry in tally ?

we are in real estate, we have 2 projects of bunglow in a firm, now we wants to seprate the 2 project in two firm and wants to transfer the stock i.e (Plots) to anothe firm? So what will be the journal entries ?
