our concern have an account in SBI bank they asking stock statement How Can i prepare that one...i dont know about that format.

SBI has its own format of stock statement so approach the bank and ask for stock statement proforma copy then will provide you; take that and fill it and submit it to the bank along with the authoraised person's signature.
I also have the such SBI format with me but in hard copy so i couldn't providing you through online.
