06 November 2019 In my audit paper I qouted wrong section in an answer but the provision was absolutely right so whether I will get any step marking for the
remaining answer or the examiner will cut the whole answer

According to this notification on evaluation of answers by ICAI it is mentioned step wise marking .

06 November 2019 This is a old guidelines and i also said chances of step marking is higher but still depends on checker... don't worry they will give you step marking...try to focus on your remaining paper
