Please tell me the difference between Step-down Subsidiary Company and Fellow Subsidiary Company along with example.

Suppose ABC Ltd Has
X is subsidiary if A
Y is subcidiary of X
B is sucidiary of A
Step Down Subsidirary mean subsidiaries of direct subsidiary i.e in above case Y is step down sub of A
While fellow subcidiary means other subsidiaries of holding company, in above case B & X are fellow subcidiary.
