16 January 2010 We have converted our private limited company into public limited company.

Pls provide the format of statutory report to be forward to the members.

Also let me know whether the Statutory report to be filed with the ROC if yes with in what period we have to file.

Also explain the other formalities of Statutory meeting and statutory reports

Statutory report is required only at time of incorporation of PUBLIC company.

If pvt. company get converted to Public neither statutory report is required nor it is required to be filed with ROC
