Statutory dues not paid like vat or excise

We have to disclose in 3CD report whether all statutory dues paid or not. if Vat or excise not paid by the assessee then we have to disclose it into 3CD report. whether it would include in income? as vat or excise is not the expense of the business, whether it would be added in net income ?

yes dissallowed under sec 43B. AND WILL BE ALLOWED AGAIN IN THE YEAR IN WHICH YOU WILL HAVE DEPOSITED FOR THE SAME

but sir as vat or excise is not an expense of the firm how can we add it in the income as vat or excise is liability of the firm and not exp?

ITS NOT AN EXP OR AN INCOME, BUT ACCRODING TO INCOME TAX WHILE CALCULATING INCOME TAX LIABILITY SAME WILL BE ADDED.
