Statutory dues not paid like vat or excise

22 September 2012 We have to disclose in 3CD report whether all statutory dues paid or not. if Vat or excise not paid by the assessee then we have to disclose it into 3CD report. whether it would include in income? as vat or excise is not the expense of the business, whether it would be added in net income ?

22 September 2012 yes dissallowed under sec 43B. AND WILL BE ALLOWED AGAIN IN THE YEAR IN WHICH YOU WILL HAVE DEPOSITED FOR THE SAME
