I wanna check statutory compliance for SERVIC TAX. Please guide me as to what should I audit in this regard?

02 June 2009 Compliance need be checked in respect of the following:

a. Registration for service with tax department within permissible time.

b. Registration of all premises, from where service is provided.

c. Set off is not claimed for non permissible input credit.

d. Timely deposit of service tax.

e. Timely filing of tax return
