Same Company.
Father CA - Statutory Auditor.
Son CA - Internal Auditor.

05 July 2009 If both are having different firms ie father firm is different and son firm is different and both are not partners in any of the firm then they can take up the audits in their individual capacities or under different firms.

07 July 2009 it is better give up the audit by one member.....seperate firms and all is immaterial.....however code of ethics will not attract,....but something happen then fingers will show on that matter...so better one person should give up that audit
