26 November 2015 STATUTORY AUDIT IS MANDATORY AS PER COMPANY ACT TO ALL COMPANY. AND THERE IS NO SUCH TIME LIMIT PRESCRIBED BUT FOR COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER PROVISION OF COMPANIES ACT YOU HAVE GET YOUR ACCOUNT AUDITED BEFORE 21 DAYS FTOM 30TH SEPT. SO I SUGGEST COMPLETE AUDIT UPTO AUGUST.
