13 June 2013 And also please tell me the Time limit for filing the Statutory Auditors Report with ROC and Within which time We need to send the Auditors report to Shareholders?

16 June 2013 As per section 220 of the Companies Act, every company has to filed it audit financials within 30 days from AGM or 180 days from the end of the financial year which ever is earlier.


and at least 21 days notice required before AGM along with Agenda
