There is 3 directors in the B Ltd and 2 of them are also director in the A Pvt. Ltd.Can only from the point of mejority of Directors B ltd is Subsidery of A pvt. Ltd.

They should be in a position to control the composition of the Board of A Pvt Ltd.,

Dear Sir, one of Director in L. Ltd company give resign and at that movement in the Board only 3 Directors, 2 of them are also director in our main Company(LPT). So in that case also 2 director hold the composition of Board and make the L. Ltd. as subsidery of the LPT. Few Director's of the main Company (LPT) is also Director of the all the Comapny. so they can hold the composition of Board. so our all the small company are our subsidery company.
