13 July 2024 A expires and leaves behind three legal heir. Subsequently one of the legal heirs expires. Does the legal heirs of deceased legal heirs will be reckoned as legal heirs of A?

13 July 2024 Yes, definitely. His/her legal heirs would be beneficiary of the one third shares of the grand parent.

Based on your kind advice have submitted the request for registration as AR. Would know the outcome in next seven days.

Once the registration is done whether the filing of return for AY 24-25 would be done through login of deceased or
AR?
