We are a manufacturer-exporter.We want to get status holder certificate for our organisation.

Please inform us status holder requirement in details. Also clarify application procedure i.e.how to apply,where to apply,any specific application form, required documents with the application, required fees and anything else.

Please guide us on the above matter.

AS PER PARA 3.10.2, OF EXIM POLICY 2009-2014:-

AS PER EXIM POLICY2009-2014:-

Eligibility for Export PARA 3.10.1 Merchant as well as Manufacturer Exporters, Service and Trading Houses Providers, Export Oriented Units (EOUs) and Units Status located in Special Economic Zones (SEZs), Agri ExportZones (AEZs), Electronic Hardware Technology Parks(EHTPs), Software Technology Parks (STPs) and Bio-Technology Parks (BTPs) shall be eligible for status.Status Category PARA 3.10.2 Applicant shall be categorized depending on his total FOB(FOR - for deemed exports) export performance during current plus previous three years (taken together) upon exceeding limit below. For Export House (EH) Status, export performance is necessary in at least two out of four years (i.e., current plus previous three years).

FORM ANF-3A, FILLUP AND MENTIONED ALL THE RELETED INFORMATION & ANNEXURE SIGNED FROM CS/ ICWAI /CA , FORM WILL BE SUBMITTED BY EXPORTER IN CONCERNED RLA.

AS PER DGFT NO FEE IS PROVIDED BY EXPORTER.

17 September 2010 actually concerned Regional Licensing Authority, verify the alll the details from annexure of anf-3a,(cs/icwai/ or ca)& related all the information after verification. dispatch it .

as per handbook of policy procedure 2009-2014, laid down in para 9.11(h) time of issuance / renewal is 3 working days.
