23 April 2013 According PUBLIC NOTICE No.3 (RE 2013)/2009-14 DATED:18 April,2013.

I have a questions that DGFT will gives incentive on ITC HS code or their Description.

Because our ITC HS code is 87089900 - Motor Vehicle Parts but in above public notice shows different Description (87089900- OTHER: MACHINED FRONT AXLE
BEAMS & STEERING KNUCKLES)in MLFPS list.

Can we avail 2% incentive on export to USA & Mexico according above mentioned Public Notice w.e.f 01/05/2013 (HS code 87089900, M.V. Parts on MLFPS (Appendix 37D)?
