Can anyone explain me as for duty payment of rawmaterial, components and also capital goods can avail the benefit of SHIS?

STATUS HOLDER INCENTIVE SCRIP ( SHIS0 IS AN EXPORT INCENTIVE GIVE TO THE EXPORTER WHEREIN DGFT ISSUE A LICENCE. THIS LICENSE CAN BE UTILISISED FOR CUSTOMS DUTY PAYMENT OF CAPITAL GOODS ONLY, YOU CANNOT IMPORT RAW MATERIALS. YOU CAN EVEN TRANSFER THE SAME TO GROUP COMPANIES/ OR TRANSFER TO ANOTHER STATUS HOLDERS
