in stat audit when we have to complete audit in very little time than what we have to do to complete the work in that time.What points we can skip?

You can not skip any points. If there is an independent internal audit coverage by qualified professionals is there, those areas can be restricted to sampling tests after studying the depth of such audit and audit reports.
