26 October 2015 I would like to start to my own business in electrical contracting filed like wiring,cabling,sub contracting and manpower supply. In this case what are necessary thing required like 1.Company registration 2.CST,VAT,exice registration required or not. 3.EPFO registration required or not. And any things which you would like add. Pls help Regards

First of all Congratulate you for the new busienss.

This is depends upon state to state - what are the registration required.

First, LEt us know, whether you want to start Proprietorship or Partnership or Company.

Excise need to required for you, it applicable for Manufacturer,

PF and ESI, once your no. of employee crossed 20 and above

Normally, VAT, Professional Tax, Shop and Est. act, Trade Licence, MSM Regn. required.
