you don't need any legal permission from govt to start a private coaching center for the classes 9th to 12th.You can run your own coaching center but the place will be a commercialized one as it is from the earning point of view.The objection raised by the govt.only in that case where a coaching center is running in a residential area with a residential electric meter & a commercial board at your doorstep.......

Is service tax applicable for coaching centers if they cross 10 Lakhs receipts??
