Stamping on Physical Share Certificates used to be revenue stamps as respective states. Now whether there is requirement to engross or impress stamping from collectorate?

IF THE QUANTITY OF SHARE CERT. IS VERY HUGE, YOU CAN APPLY TO STAMPING AUTHORITIES IN THE STATE. THEY COLLECT CASH OR D.D. PAYMENT AND GIVE YOU A G. O NO. WHICH YOU MAY AFFIX ON SHARE CERT.(AS PROOF OF STAMP DUTY PAID.)
REVENUE STAMPS ARE STILL AFFIXED NOW WHERE A SMALL QUANTITY IS INVOLVED.
