Mr A and Mr B both are partner of XYZ Firm. Mr P & Mr Q want to become a partner and all 4 are agree for the same. They have bought Stamp Paper for Partndership Deed (Agreement) on 23.05.09 but they want to give effect date from 01.04.2009. Can they do so?
