Stamp duty on shares

I want to knw stamp duty on following:

1. transfer of shares, no. of shares 2441250 of rs. 29 each?
2. allotmennt of shares, no. of shares 2175000 of rs. 10 each?
3. allotment of shares, no. of shares 800000 of rs 10 each?

wat is stamp duty on transfer of shares & allotment of shares?
sir do reply its urgent..

19 September 2011 Dear Tanveer,

For Transfer of Shares the stamp duty payable is Rs.0.25 Paise for every hundred rupees of nominal(Face) value of shares.

Kindly tell the state in which the shares are alloted. Bec every state has its own stamp duty regarding the allotment. The transfer stamp duty is one throughout India.
